Design Build

Design (dəˈzīn) - a plan or drawing produced to show the look and function or workings of a building, garment, or other object before it is built or made.

Build (bild) - construct (something) by putting parts or material together.

The definition is in the definitions, and we fill in the gaps, so you know your project before it starts.

  • Did you know that Electrical is the last construction division incorporated into the design and build process? We are the last to know when things get changed. If projects are over budget, electrical costs get trimmed first. High-Efficiency lighting gets replaced with cheaper, vastly less efficient lighting. Intelligent devices get replaced with static devices, and the process repeats as necessary until the budget can be satisfied.

Call us crazy, but an efficient LED light that lasts for 25 years seems like a better investment than allocating money to luxury carpet that will be trampled daily and replaced in 5 years.

We are making the case that, at minimum, electrical costs should be separate from general construction costs. This enables the electrical scope to be proactive and not reactive. Be the owner that chooses efficiency, and lower your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your building.
