Defiance Electric & Crossover Inc helps restore historic Art Gallery in Lebanon, NH with unique systems design and installation.
Lebanon, NH – August 2007 - Defiance Electric & Crossover Inc has always believed that a well-designed and implemented system is a work of art. This philosophy is evident in the recently-completed renovation of the AVA Gallery & Art Center in Lebanon, NH.
The restoration of this historic community asset presented significant design and installation challenges, requiring electrical and communications systems to be exposed throughout the entire facility. The design team at Defiance Electric & Crossover Inc worked closely all trades to ensure an efficient solution could be developed, but also worked closely with the customer to create an aesthetically pleasing system that would compliment the unique ambiance of the facility.
The vision for this end product developed by AVA Gallery and Defiance Electric & Crossover can be observed throughout the facility as systems have been “artistically” exposed in cable tray. The complex solution was meticulously executed by project foreman Matt Tucker, team members Nate Harp, Tim Leeman, John Stefanos, and many more. The completed installation includes an intricate and energy-efficient lighting system in the gallery space, completely updated electrical, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems, secured electronic access for staff members and tenants, and specialized LED exterior lighting.
