Enfield, NH - October 2007 - Defiance Electric & Crossover Inc, a leading provider of integrated design-build electrical and telecommunications services, has been featured in a Case Study by Panduit Corp for their design, installation, and integration of the PanView Intelligent Physical Layer Management (IPLM) solution. Their successful enterprise-wide design and implementation of the PanView system for Mascoma Savings Bank has dramatically increased the efficiency of their IT operations, enabling efficient remote network-monitoring capabilities for all of their eighteen branch locations.
The PanView system was chosen after a comprehensive data collection process undertaken to understand the network operations at Mascoma Savings Bank and the areas in which processes could be streamlined. As a result of Defiance Electric & Crossover’s implementation of the PanView System, Mascoma Savings Bank has been able to reduce network downtime, minimize travel expenses of dispatching IT staff to branch locations, and more effectively meet regulatory requirements.
